Due to the limited tickets available each day for the Penguin Parade they cannot be packaged together. You can still book all your tickets online at the same time just remember your Penguin Parade tickets are for the day booked. You can come to the sand sculptures on any day with your tickets.
NO – when completed our sculptures will be given a waterproof coating to protect them from the heavy rain. Our sculptures will be ready for you rain, hail or shine!

No – our tickets allow you to enter the sand sculpture exhibition on any day. Once you have used your ticket it will be valid for the remainder of that day.
Unfortunately, due to restrictions, we are not permitted to have dogs inside the event. However, Assistance and Guide Dogs, including those in training are permitted.
Yes, you can buy tickets inside the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre.
Yes – we have a separate line for those who have pre-purchased tickets – follow the priority signage on arrival.
You will see over 700 tonnes of sand intricately transformed into WILD animals of the world. You will learn more about the animals you see and learn about the endangered levels of some of these animals and what you can do to prevent those animals from becoming extinct like the Tasmanian Tiger. You will see sculptures that have taken 16 days for 18 sculptors to carve. That’s over 2,500 hours of work just in carving plus another 3,000 hours to prepare it for you!

The sculptures are 100% made from “Brickies Sand”.
NOT inside the event area – the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre has allocated smoking areas outside the building.
There is a small stall selling drinks and ice-creams inside the event site, additionally inside the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre you will find two restaurants serving a variety of food from cold drinks and ice creams, coffee and cakes to sit down meals served with alcohol.
