TICKETS AND ENTRY
• What is included in my entry ticket?
Your ticket includes full access to the sand sculpture exhibition, People’s Choice voting, Light Shows, Sculptor Talks and children’s activity zones including the giant sand pit and photo moments.
• Can I upgrade my ticket to a Family Bundle or VIP Experience?
I’m sorry, but we’re not able to upgrade tickets once they’ve been purchased.
• Are tickets available at the gate or only online?
Tickets are available both online and at the event entrance, but online booking is recommended to save time
• Do you provide refunds on general admission tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of an official event cancellation.
• Are concession tickets available for students or seniors?
Yes. Concession pricing applies to students, seniors, and valid card holders.
THE EVENT EXPERIENCE
• What can I expect to see at The Enchanted Realm?
A breathtaking display of over 400 tonnes of sand transformed into castles, creatures, and fantasy worlds – plus daily Light Shows, artist talks, kids activities, light food & refreshments and interactive photo spots.
• Are there activities for children?
Absolutely! Kids can enjoy sand art & bottles, mini golf, sculpting workshops, and the Magical Activity Sheet trail with prizes.
• Is the event suitable for all ages?
Yes – it’s designed for families, art lovers, and anyone with a sense of wonder.
• Are the sand sculptures protected from the weather? What times are the Light Shows held each day?
Yes. The sculptures are housed under marquees – it is an all weather event.
• What times are the Light Shows held each day?
Light Shows take place 4 times a day – check out our “daily timetable & activations” page or daily schedules at the event for exact times.
• Can I meet the artists or attend a Sculptor Talk?
Yes! Sculptor Talks are held daily and included in your entry. VIP ticket holders also enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes artist meet.
FOOD & FACILITIES
• Can I buy food and drinks inside the event?
Yes – we have light food and refreshments including toasted sandwiches, ice cream and coffee.
• Is there a shaded or picnic area?
Yes. You’ll find shaded seating and relaxation areas near our food area and activity zones.
• Are there restrooms available on-site?
Yes. Restroom and baby change facilities are available within the event precinct.
• Is smoking or vaping allowed inside the event?
No. The Enchanted Realm is a smoke- and vape-free event.
• Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You’re welcome to bring your own water bottles and light snacks, but full picnics and alcohol are not permitted.
ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
• Is the event fully accessible for prams and wheelchairs?
Yes – paths are designed for easy access and assistance staff are available if needed.
• Where can I park?
Public and accessible parking is available near the Frankston Waterfront and adjacent streets.
• Is there accessible parking available?
Yes – clearly marked accessible bays are provided close to the event entry.
• Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, Companion Card holders receive free entry when accompanying the person they support.
EXTRAS & EXPERIENCE
• How do I book a Sand Sculpting Workshop?
Workshops can be booked online when purchasing your tickets or on-site at the information desk (subject to availability).
• What is included in the Enchanted VIP Experience?
VIP guests enjoy all inclusions from the Ultimate Family Pass plus a behind-the-scenes tour, a meet & greet with a master sculptor, and a hands-on sand sculpting workshop.
• Can I take photos or videos of the sculptures?
Yes – photography is encouraged! Don’t forget to tag @SandstormEvents and #TheEnchantedRealm.
• Are pets allowed?
Only certified assistance animals are permitted within the event area.
